eRezlife Housing Application 

About eRezlife

  • eRezLife is an online based software that Monroe University uses to manage the Housing selection process. Students can login on their MyMonroe/eRezLife to gain access to their housing portal.
  • Continuing Student Athletes are housed in Allison Hall. Suites in Allison Hall are comprised of one double and one triple room adjoined by a bathroom, for a total of 5 students per suite. 
  • First-years are housed together in Gaddy Hall. Gaddy Hall is comprised of Quads, G5s and G6 rooms, each with an attached bathroom.
  • First year Culinary students have the option of being housed in our apartment style dorm, Locust Hall.
  • All floors are Coed.
  • Students must complete an application and create a roommate group or find roommates using eRezLife's Roomiez portal! 
  • If you are not able to fill your space, the Office Residence Life will do its best to pair you with compatible roommates based on your housing application.

Roommate Profile and Groups

Residents choose their roommates and room preferences. Roommate groups may consist of 2-6 members, and roommates are required to be of the same sex. To set-up roommate and room preferences, follow the steps below:

Individual Application Steps:

  • Accept Housing Agreement & Submit Housing Application

Group Application Steps:

  • Ensure all roommates complete their individual housing application
  • One roommate creates and names the "Roommate Group".
  • Click “Invite your roommates” to the group. Insert their Monroe University email. This then emails an invite to all roommates.
  • Have roommates click “accept” on the email invite.
  • Confirm your roommates have green checkmarks next to their name. This means they accepted the invite and are added to your group.
